Shipping and Return Policy
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days from date of purchase unless otherwise noted, and arrive between 10-15 business days from date of purchase. Currently, 85% of our orders are shipping within 2 business days from date of purchase. However, Bosso Uniform Company is not responsible for non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as labor and/or maritime strikes, customs delays, and Acts of God. Shipping costs shown upon checkout are estimates using current UPS, USPS, Ground Rate Guides and the weight of the item(s) purchased and may not accurately reflect the actual shipping charge for the item(s) ordered depending upon the item(s) actual dimensions. If there is any difference between the shipping cost calculated upon checkout and actual shipping charges incurred by Bosso Uniform Company, the customer may receive a credit or an additional charge for shipping. Ground shipping is only applicable to the 48 contiguous states. International orders and orders to Hawaii and Alaska will be charged actual shipping cost minus regular domestic ground shipping cost.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN GIVE YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. All returns must be made within 2 days of date of receipt of shipment. Customer is responsible for all freight charges. No merchandise can be returned without prior authorization from Bosso Uniform Company. Please open your cartons and identify all materials immediately upon receipt of shipment. This is to ensure all items ordered are present and intact. Any product that has been subject to misuse, improper storage, unauthorized modification, unauthorized repair, neglect, alteration, improper installation or other acts which are not the fault of Bosso Uniform Company, including damage caused by shipping can not be returned to Bosso Uniform Company. If the product you receive is damaged, you MUST make note of damages on the truck bill of lading or immediately notify your FedEx, UPS, or Common Carrier driver to mark any damages on their shipping form. YOU MUST MAKE NOTE OF ANY DAMAGES BEFORE THE SHIPPING CLERK LEAVES YOUR FACILITY. Bosso Uniform Company staff will be happy to assist you with filing a shipping claim, however damage claims are your responsibility! Please contact Bosso Uniform Company Customer Service at 1-850-438-7608 or e-mail us email@example.com. Give your order number or customer account number (if available), item number, and the quantity you wish to return. Also, briefly explain why you would like to return the merchandise. We will issue you a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the merchandise. Please mark the outside of your carton (s) with your return authorization number for immediate processing. Items not returned in their original box or improper repackaging of items will not be accepted by Bosso Uniform Company. If you are unable to use the original box, please notify Bosso Uniform Company before you return the item. Bosso Uniform Company is not responsible for the freight charges of returned goods directly resulting from customer error. However, we will assist you in choosing the most economical method to ship back your return. You will have 2 days from the date you receive your return authorization number to send returned items back to our shipping facility. Authorized returns arriving back to Bosso Uniform Company more than 10 days from the date of the return authorization may be subject to additional return fees. After the product has been returned and inspected by Bosso Uniform Company returns staff, we will issue a credit to either your credit card or by check, depending on what payment method was used at the time of purchase. Backorders will be shipped automatically, without notice, up to 90 days, unless the customer specified a cancellation date. Discontinued items or sold out items will be automatically canceled, and amount of backorder will be credited back to customer�s credit card or checking account.
FREIGHT CLAIMS POLICY
The purchaser should inspect their shipment immediately upon receipt. Damages must be reported within 2 days of receipt of merchandise.
